 Outdoor Celtic Service

This Sunday, September 13th at 5 pm

In the Churchyard of Christ Church, Glendower

In an attempt to worship in the cool of the day and take advantage of dwindling daylight hours, we will begin at 5 pm through October.  Come and enjoy a quiet and informal evening service in the beauty of God’s creation as our sanctuary.

All participants should bring their own camp or folding chairs to the outdoor Celtic Service, as well as any other items for outdoors: face mask (required), water, bug spray, handheld fans, etc. You will be asked to observe social distancing when placing your chairs.  Inclement weather announcements will be posted on the St. Anne’s Parish website. Do check the website if the weather appears threatening. Should it rain or storm suddenly during the service, all participants will be required to return to their cars rather than inside the church or Parish Hall.

Sunday Worship

Holy Eucharist is celebrated Sundays at St. Stephen's Church, Esmont Road,  Esmont at 9:00 a.m. and at Christ Church on Glendower Road, Scottsville, at 11:00 a.m.  A coffee hour follows each service.

Celtic Evensong

A Celtic Prayer Service featuring nature-inspired prayers, candles, and special music is held at 5:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month at St. John's Church in Scottsville.  Please join us for refreshments and conversation following the service.

Weekday Worship

We gather for an informal Eucharist each Thursday at 8:00 a.m. at St. John's, Scottsville.  For those who can linger, we meet afterwards for conversation and fellowship at Baine's Books & Coffee.  Please join us!
